A media share

mediaSharePhotoMessage({ mediaId }), mediaShareVideoMessage({ mediaId }) and mediaShareCarouselMessage({ mediaId }) build the message; DirectBroadcast sends it to a conversation (direct.broadcast.ts, the action every message is sent with). A media share puts one of your feed posts — a photo, a video or a carousel — into the conversation.
