The post-registration onboarding's last step: a reels-tuning screen that lets the person say which reels they like, shown after the email step.

The person sees reels with a header "Skip" and a footer "Continue" rating controls; the recording's person skipped it (the app logs skip_button_tapped, completes the step as REELS_TUNING with the value 0 — skipped — and opens the feed). Its reels are the NUX's own video list (clips/discover/ under container_module=ig_nux_reels_tuning_v2): the launch prefetches its first page (flow 70) and the step asks the next one with the cursor the earlier answers issued (flow 80). While it is in front the app also sends the launch's pre-feed window the recording places there (flows 80–87), and its skip opens the feed, whose own enter takes the launch's after-feed window.

The Instagram identity is the navigation module reels_tuning (the fragment ReelsTuningFragment); the public name keeps it.
