    Taps the header's "Skip" on the reels tuning step: the app logs the step's skip_button_tapped, completes the chain and opens the feed. The stories tray's request goes out as the feed opens, while this screen is still the client endpoint (the recording's flow 90); the launch's after-feed window — the tabs, the first throttling answer and the launch's tail — is the feed's own enter's, which takes the window the launch recorded as owed.
