viewpoint logger (lac_viewpoint, origin stories_tray) reports how long
each drawn pog was on screen, once per pog, when the feed is left. The
visibility windows are the device's uptime clock (enter_ts when the tray
drew, exit_ts when the feed left); the same window for 0 %, 50 % and
100 % of the pog, except that a pog cut by the screen's edge never reached
100 %. sum_duration_ms is the time the pog stayed in front (a double). The
viewer's own pog names no reel_type; the others name the tray item's kind in
upper case (USER_REEL, SUGGESTED_USER).
