Serializes an upload into a Thrift Compact Protocol binary matching
Instagram's pigeon_nest endpoint format.
Produces the same structure as the Android app's uploads:
field 1: LIST [0, 1, 2, 3, 4]
field 2: LIST
events entries (f1): the device envelope and the identities' batches, one
entry per logger, in the order the upload gives them
identity request (f5): while the server has not named the identity, for the identity of the last batch
sampling checksums (f3): one per identity of upload.identities, the identity and the checksum it echoes
config checksums (f4): the same identities, "v1" and the checksum they echo
Nothing here decides an order or a grouping: the entries, the batches and the
identities come in the order the caller (identityBatchesOf) gives them.
