Serializes logging events into a Thrift Compact Protocol binary
matching Instagram's pigeon_nest endpoint format.
Produces the same structure as the Android app's uploads:
field 1: LIST [0, 1, 2, 3, 4]
field 2: LIST
events entry (f1): the device envelope and the identity's batch
identity request (f5): while the server has not named the identity
sampling checksum (f3): the identity and the checksum it echoes
config checksum (f4): the identity, "v1" and the checksum it echoes
