instagram_clips_ghost_screen_time_spent -- the viewer's placeholder (the "ghost" screen shown while the first page loads) is replaced by the first reel: how long it was up, how many reels the first page brought and the outcome the app names (IN_VIEWER_DISMISSED_BY_CACHE, the one recorded, android-451/reels-tab-like-first). The reel that dismisses it is index 0 in the viewer's own count (media_index_v2).
