An entry of feed_items of a kind the library does not model:
{ kind: 'unknown', kindKey?, raw } with the kind's top-level key as kindKey and the whole
entry as raw. The server's list is an open union (it adds a kind without the
app shipping a new schema), so an unmodelled kind is kept as this explicit
member and never fails the feed; a known kind whose body does not decode still
fails.
