Fetches oEmbed data for a public Instagram media URL. This is a public API call that does not require authentication.

The library decides nothing on the answer, so the schema requires nothing: a field the answer lacks is absent, and a field it adds is kept as it came (a answer the Simulator has met is a sample, not the whole set of what the server sends).
