Encodes the developer's photo the way the app does before uploading it, and answers the facts the upload's requests carry about it. The posting screens call it where the app encodes a pixel (a Story's photo between the caption's check and the upload, a post's after Share, a carousel child's at the editor's Next); the bytes it writes are the ones the upload sends.
