launch-window IGPrivacyFlowTriggerQuery (vc_policy=ads_viewer_context_policy)
is the same minimal form and the library does not
send it. The endpoint is therefore a name for
that family with its URL and its u=3, i priority fixed — the family's one
owner (graphqlMinimal) builds it, so every request the library sends there
