A stored snapshot, text or object alike, made whole: a part it lacks is the
platform's own — the device is the whole device of seed (random without
one), the application the platform's build, the session the empty session —
and a part it has is kept exactly. There is no field-by-field filling: a part
is complete or absent, and a given one that is incomplete is the decode's to
refuse. The same rule for the JSON text and the parsed object (the caller
passes the parsed value); a value that is not an object is returned as it is.
It throws a TypeError when the session's dsUserId and authorization
name different accounts, or when it is signed in and names no account; the entry's decode boundary reports it.
