vc_policy, signed_body, strip_nulls, client_doc_id and
strip_defaults and no method/format/friendly name, the body is
ungzipped, the client library is minimal, prefetch is the analytics
purpose and the content type names the charset. Its header set is the
resolver's (endpointKind: 'graphql-minimal'): no pigeon session, and — in
a process that began with a stored session — the network-session pair and
the network properties, as the Android 451 wwwgraphql requests carry them.
It is outside the app's Pando client, so it declares
transport.graphqlClientLibrary: false (the transport injects no pando
default for it); the header materializer renders the family's own
x-graphql-client-library: minimal.
