onUserSessionEnd runs, and the state each one keeps goes back to the
value a new process starts with. A reset is synchronous and mutates the state
in place; none of them runs an effect.

where every session-scoped object is told onSessionWillEnd(). A logout ends
the session and so does any login — the same account's SessionRenew
