Something done on the screen: an Effect over the screen's state and the action's own arguments, run only while the screen is on top (an item's: while its host is), else it dies with ScreenNotOnTopError (a defect). It runs in a collection of its own and answers its result with the server answers its run received, under raw (ActionAnswer): the answer of a sendMessage, a like or a follow is reachable by name, outside JSON.stringify, as a screen's is.
