    Why the sender flushed (@igpapi/mobile): the app's own reasons.

    • latency: an event's requested latency came due (an immediate event, or a deadline of 60, 150 or the default 300 seconds);
    • interval: a channel's own period came due (the health counters, the client event log);
    • app-start: the process started: its first upload, where it begins its Pigeon session, carries everything pending (the tail an earlier process left among it);
    • background: the app went to the background;
    • foreground: the app came back to the foreground;
    • close: the process is closing;
    • explicit: the caller's own FlushTelemetry inside a program.
