What the server answered, before any decoding, on every handle — never
enumerable, never in toJSON, never in a checkpoint:
a screen's raw is the answers its visit received, in order (a feed page's:
that page's answer; an updating action's handle: the answers that produced
its content); a handle a checkpoint rebuilt received none, so its raw is
empty;
an item's raw is the server's JSON node its entry was read from, as the
server sent it — fields the entry's schema does not model included — found
among its host's answers (a Bloks answer's node for an entry read from
Bloks); never the decoded entry, and undefined when the host holds no
answer with it, as on an item a checkpoint rebuilt.
