Where an item list's server nodes live: the answer of its host they were read
from, and the table of its nodes by the entries' identity key. An item's
raw is the node whose key is its entry's key — never found by comparing
values, which cannot tell a node from a copy of it elsewhere in the answer (a
media reference inside a comment carries the same id as the media).
The table is built by the same function that builds the list's records from
the answer, so what the data keeps and what a node is read for cannot
diverge (a record skipped, merged or reordered there is so here).
