A screen the app shows whose navigation is not known: how the app's
navigation logger names it (its fragment class, module or endpoint spelling)
is unknown, so entering it writes no navigation — the screen in front,
the chain and the client endpoint stay what they were. The entry carries
nothing else: the screen's Instagram identity is what the navigation of the
step would name, and once it is known the entry becomes a native or
bloks one with its spelling.
The kind exists only until the screen's navigation is known.
