What the device has logged and not yet seen delivered, in the device state and so in the snapshot: the app keeps the same on disk and deletes a batch only after its upload is confirmed, so an event whose upload is in flight is still here, and a restored device sends it again.
pending: each event channel's undelivered events, oldest first, keyed by the channel's declared name (a channel nothing logged to has no key);sequence: the number the next logged event gets — it only grows, so a restored device continues it;counters: the health counters since the last delivered health upload.
