One installed input method (keyboard) of the device
(MobileDeviceState.inputMethods): the component name the Android
InputMethodManager reports and the languages the keyboard is configured
with, any number of them. The ZeroDayLanguageSignalUpload request sends the
same list, spelled to the wire's snake_case by its brick; the library
generates it from the device's profile (a Samsung device carries the Samsung
keyboard) and keeps no recorded keyboard, so a caller that wants particular
keyboards declares its own device state.
