    Interface MobileBandwidthSample

A session's bandwidth sample. bytes and ms are the figures the app reports as x-ig-bandwidth-totalbytes-b / -totaltime-ms; the rendered speed is bytes / ms. The app measures these from the media it downloads; the library downloads no media, so the sample is synthesized from the feed phase (see PublishFirstBandwidthSample).

    bytes: number
    carried?: true

The sample was measured by an earlier process: a new process reports its speed as the estimate it starts from and its own totals as 0 until it measures (the Android 451 warm launch sends 876.000 / 0 / 0 on every request of its window). Set by the warm launch when the process starts.

    ms: number

What the network stack and the bandwidth estimator report beside the headers' speed when the app uploads (the upload settings' network block). Absent until the first upload settings ask for it (PublishNetworkStackSample, its one writer); then constant for the session, as the sample it belongs to.
