One analytics upload's outcome: it was delivered, or why it was not. A
delivered upload carries the host's answer when it is a JSON string (the
Pigeon host answers its Thrift reply as the base64 text of a JSON string):
the core read the JSON, the text is the string's value, and the caller reads
what it knows in it. An answer that is not a JSON string is undefined — the
upload was delivered and nothing in it is read.
