A JSON object whose numbers may be kept as their exact text: what a payload the library writes as JSON carries when a
field is an id the app sends as a number (idAsJsonNumber). The one writer, JSON.stringify, writes every
JsonNumberLiteral back as the digits it holds (through JsonNumberLiteral.toJSON), so a payload typed
with this needs no writer of its own.
