The keywords the stream overfetches for a typed prefix (
OVERFETCHED_KEYWORDS, a requested result type): one entry per prefix of the typed text the server completed (query_text), with the keywords it has for it and how many of them the app shows. A stream made of them alone, with no keyword, user or hashtag entry, is a normal answer to a short query.
