The send-confirmation answer pushes it, so its enter sends nothing. The
person types the code that arrived by SMS; submitConfirmationCode submits
it and moves to the password screen. A code the server refuses is the typed
RegistrationSmsCodeError and the screen stays on top for another attempt.
The screen does not poll for the SMS: receiving the code is the caller's.
No screenshot: the frame needs a registration whose SMS has arrived.
Unverified on Android 451: this screen is modelled on 429 only. What
closes it is an Android 451 app registering a new account from the login
