The Reels tab, after a reel made in the reel mode is published: the app
switches the bottom bar to main_clips and the viewer enters with its landing
burst (run-reel-plain-20261026-2056: main_clips:10 → clips_viewer_clips_tab:11:clips_tab).
The switch lives behind a written-out effect type in its own module: the viewer's
definition is one of the screens the creation flow opens back, and a screen whose
action names the viewer's whole enter type makes the launch's screen union exceed
the compiler's declaration-serialization limit (the same reason
PostingCameraScreenDefinition is named). A service the viewer's enter (or one
of its item lists) needs joins the union here, never in the screen.
