What the posts feed is opened with: the grid tile the person tapped, its position in the grid, the grid page it belongs to, the profile it belongs to and the viewer's relationship to it. The app sends no page request when the feed opens (ContextualFeedFragment); the profile's IGProfileTimelineQuery answer seeds the feed, and the feed's own page is the same query with the grid answer's cursor (pageCursor).
