Taps Share: publishes the post. The creation screens close (the screen the flow started from is in front again), the photo is uploaded (a carousel's children already are), the post is configured and the post-share banner is asked for. options carries what you decide on this screen, the caption. Answers the published post: its id, whether the server finished it, and its media ids.
