The post-registration onboarding's discover-people step: suggested accounts
the person can follow, shown after the find-friends prompt.
The person sees a grid of suggested accounts with a header "Skip" and a
footer "Continue"; the recording's person skipped it. Its suggestions were
already prefetched while the find-friends prompt was in front
(discover/sectioned_ayml/?request_from_nux=true&…, the recording's flow
79), so the step sends no request of its own. It completes as
DP_NUX_QUICK_FRIENDING with the value 0 when skipped.
The Instagram identity is the navigation module
discover_people_nux_quick_friending (the fragment
DiscoverPeopleQuickFriendingFragment); the public name drops the
implementation jargon "quick friending".
