What the caller launches the Android app with: nothing. Everything the
launch sends comes from the device (its own FBNS push token, the camera facts,
the hardware decode block, and the battery/charging readings taken at request
time from the device's simulation), the app profile (the launch's version
constants) and the session. The device registers push by itself: after every
login, and at a warm start whose last registration is more than five hours
old (./simulation/android.push-register.ts).
